UNIDENTIFIED MAN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Head injuries causing instantaneous death were suffered by a man aged about 50, when he was struck by a tram in Lampion Quay, Wellington, at 7.55 o'clock last night.

Although his identity had not been established at a late hour, he is believed to have been resident in Pangaroa, near Dannevirke.
