NEW ADMIRALTY POST
REAR-ADMIRAL LYSTER PART IN TARANTO RAID (Reed. March 18, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 17. Rear-Admiral A. L. S. Lyster, whose appointment as Lord Commissioner of the Admiralty and Chief of Naval Air Services was announced on Saturday, commanded the aircraft carrier’s planes which crippled the Italian fleet at Taranto.
