TURNING POINT

VISIT TO ATHENS MINISTER AND GENERAL (Reed. March 8, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 7. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, and the Chief of the Imperial General Staff, General Sir John Dill, arrived in Cairo yesterday after their visit to Greece which the Athens correspondent of The Times believes may be the turning point in the Greek war and in British-Greek relations.

Mr. Eden and General Dill conferred in Cairo with the Commander-in-Chief in the Middle East, General Sir Archibald Wavell, the naval commander, Admiral Sir Andrew Cun-ningham,-and Air Chief Marshal, Sir Arthur Longmore.
