MR. LOWRY TO BE MOVER (P*r Prnss Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, announced to-day that the mover of the Address-in-Repiy following the opening of Parliament next week would be Mr. L. G. Lowry, Otaki, and the seconder, Mr. E. T. Tirikatene, Southern Maori.
