PERSONAL

Among the Royal New Zealand Air Force candidates accepted for training as pilots is Mr. C. H. Baigent, formerly of Gisborne. He left shortly after the war broke out to take up clerical duties at the Wigram station of the New Zealand Royal Air Force, and later served in a similar -capacity at Ohakea. Mr. Baigent completed his studies for professional examinations during l)is stay in the air force stations. He has now been transferred to Levin for pilot training.
