ENVOY TO WASHINGTON MR. COATES SUGGESTED (Reed. Feb. 26, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 25. The Evening Standard suggests that the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates will probably be the first New Zealand Minister to Washington. The paper adds that he is well known in America and in London.
