DOUBTS IN LONDON

GERMAN PROPAGANDA KEEPING WITH POLICY OFFERS OF PROPERTY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Feb. 25. It is probable that German propaganda is behind these reports. Whatever the precise nature of the German offers, there can be no doubt that acceptance would reduce Yugoslavia to the status of a German province.
