GERMAN PROPAGANDA KEEPING WITH POLICY OFFERS OF PROPERTY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Feb. 25. The inclination in London is to discount reports of the detailed nature of the German offers to which are stated to include the gift of an Italian Adriatic town, although such is in keeping with the German policy to offer property to facilitate a temporary advantage. It is probable that German propaganda is behind these reports. Whatever the precise nature of the German offers, there can be no doubt that acceptance would reduce Yugoslavia to the status of a German province.
