TROOPS INSPECTED
GOVERNOR AT TRENTHAM (Per Press Association.), ~ ‘ 7 , WELLINGTON, this day. Troops in training at the' Trentham mobilisation camp were inspected at work yesterday by the GovernorGeneral, Sir Cyril Newall. His Excellency showed keen interest in many branches of military activity, and made several stops to converse with men in the ranks. Sir Cyril Newall also inspected hutments and mess arrangements, and troops, nurses and civilians working in the camp lined the route and cheered as the official party left.
