Forecast: Winds moderate arid Vdri--able over the northern half of the hforth Island, elsfewhefe moderate to strong north-westerlies prevailing and changing to south-westerlies over Southland and Otago after about 24 hours. Sfeas: In New Zealand waters, rough in Cook and Foveaux Straits, elsewhere slight to moderate but with a considerable swell south of KaWhia.
