APPEAL TO AMERICA
PROVISION OF FOOD UNOCCUPIED FRANCE (Reed. Feb. 10, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 9. Mr. Henry Haye, the French Ambassador, at an interview with President Roosevelt, urged that food be sent to unoccupied France “before the lack of bread becomes total.” He said that the situation would be critical by March 15.
