FITTING CLIMAX CAPTURE OF BENGHAZI ■ MR. FRASER’S MESSAGE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, has sent the following message to the Commander-in-Chief of the British Forces in the Middle East, General Sir Archibald Wavell: “Congratulations, from the Government and people of New Zealand on' the capture of Benghazi. This is indeed a fitting climax to the brilliant campaign in Cyrenaica. “The continued success of the forces under your command fills us with unbounded enthusiasm.”
