Mr. F. Woods, Paritu, left on Saturday for Auckland where he is to reside. —Mr. J. Kennedy, who has been in Kopuawhara tor some years, left recently to take up a position in Wellington.—Mrs. W. Cotter departed for Napier on Saturday. During the week-end Mrs. A. S. Judd gave a delightful birthday party for her daughter Lois. A number of small people gathered and a happy time was spent playing games. A dainty tea was served. Among the little" friends present were Phyllis Hart, Fay Elliot, Huia Ferguson, Pam Elliot, Fay Ferguson, Shirley Elliot, Betty and Zita Anderson; Desmond Hardy, and Bryan Judd.
