WARNING BY FRENCH REPRISAL AIR RAIDS (Reed. Jan. 13, 9 a.m.) HANOI, Jan. 12. It is officially announced yesterday that “French pilots had not intended to bomb Bangkok. If Thailand planes bomb Saigon, Dalst and Pnompenh, ■French planes will attack Bangkok.”
