BLAZE AT NEW YORK FOOD AND PLANE CARGO (Reed. Jan. 13, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 12. The British freighter, Black Heron, caught fire in one hold a few hours before she was due to sail for Britain with a cargo of planes and food. The blaze was under control within an hour. Fifty detectives are investigating the cause of the outbreak.
