DECLARED A DRAW
WORLD WELTER BOUT (Elec. 'LVI. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. 23, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 20. A boxing match between Zivic, 10.21, and Lew Jenkins. 9.9’,, was declared a draw after 10 rounds. The National Boxing Association had announced previously that it would regard Jenkins as the world’s welterweight title-holder if he defeated Zivic regardless of any private agreements to call the fight a non-title contest.
