APPEAL DATE SET
RACING DISQUALIFICATION (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. j B. Nausbaum, who was found guilty of a corrupt practice by the Canterbury District. Committee and disquali-: Red for life, has appealed to the New Zealand Racing Conference. The appeal will be heard in Wellington next Friday, the appeal judges 'being Messrs. W. Perry, H. F. Nlcoll, and ‘J, R. L. Stanford.
S. Nausbaum, who raced in partnership with his son, B. Nausbaum, has appealed against the disqualification of the horses, !
