GUARDING NEW YORK

SEA AND AIR PATROL (Reed. Dec. 16, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 15. The navy starts a daylight air patrol of New York’s sea approaches to-day supplementing the destroyer neutrality patrol. The patrol will extend for 75 miles over the Atlantic, filling the gap heretofore existing between the shore and the destroyer route.
