RUMANIANS IN DOBRUJA BULGARIANS’ STAND ( Trl. Copy riff lit—United. Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. 16, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 14. A Bucharest report says that the Rumanian Government has protested to Bulgaria against the threatened expulsion of 1000 Rumanians from South Dobruja.

A message from Sofia says it is stated that the agreement providing for the transfer of South Dobruja from Rumania lo Bulgaria provides that 1000 Rumanians in South Dobruja must emigrate before to-morrow night.
