After seven years the Southland Hospital Board has received full pay-1 meat, with an extra pound, of an account in which the board accepted £l5O for an account for £lO9, the patient being in difficult straits. Since then his financial position has improved and at its meeting last week the board was notified that he had made a donation of £SO. Members expressed themselves as delighted with the goneroin action of the former patient,
