FISH AND CHIP SELLERS (British Official Wirnlcss.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, Oct. 22. The Minister of Food, Lord Wool-, ton, announced that the Government is subsidising fish and chip purveyors whose job is of great importance in feeding the working class.
