Not in Union
The hearing of claims for penalties brought by the inspector of awards. Mr. C. P. Smith, against Onehunga Woollen Mills, was concluded in tiro Arbitration Court in Auckland on Monday. It was alleged that ffie defendant company had committed three breaches of the award by employing two foremen and a forewoman who were not members of the Woollen Mill Employees’ Union. The court reserved its decision.
