DAMAGE IN SPAIN THOUSANDS HOMELESS (Reed. Oct. 22, noon.) BARCELONA, Oct. 21. The flood situation has improved slightly. The rivers are falling. Six thousand -people are homeless and the damage is estimated at £2,500,000.
