LONDON, Sept. 15. Little Anthony Hancock, who was born a year ago while the then Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, was announcing Britain’s declaration of war against Germany, had a miraculous escape on the eve of his first birthday. A bomb blast during an aid raid blew in a door. The door landed across his carriage. The debris piled on the door which kept it from piling in on the child. Little Anthony Was dug out safe and sound.
