REPLACEMENT PLANNED FORMOSA AND KOREA (Reed. Oct. 17, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 15. The Kokumin Shimbun says that the Prime Minister of Japan, Prince Konoye, in conformity with the new national structure, will shortly retire Admiral Seizo Kobayashi and General Jiro Minami, the Governors-General of Formosa and Korea respectively since 1936. On account of the defence strategy, their successors will be an admiral for Formosa and a lieutenant-general for Korea,
