TALK OF RESIGNATION
AMERICAN AMBASSADOR RETURNING HOME (Reed. Oct. 16, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct! 14. The Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, to-day indicated that the United States Ambassador, Mi'. J. P, Kennedy, intends returning home. An unconfirmed report states that he is resigning the Ambassadorship.
