BRITISH COLONY TENSION IN RUMANIA VISITORS TO MINISTER LONG QUEUES FORMED (Reed. Oct. 12, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 11. The British Legation in Bucharest has instructed all Britons who wish to do so to leave Rumania immediately. The British colony numbers 400 persons. Many are already packing with the intention of departing during the week-end. Instructions to evacuate arrived from London as the British Minister, Sir Reginald Hoare, was in the midst of conferences with long queues of British subjects.
