GOLD AND DIAMONDS
STAR OF MARSHALS ARMY OF THE SOVIET (Reed. Sept. 5, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW. Sept. 4. A decree states that Soviet marshals in future will wear a gold star studded with 31 diamonds, the largest of which will weigh 2.62 carats.
