THREE NEW PLANTS OUTLAY OF £4,375,000 (Reed. Sept. 5, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA. Sept. 4. It is announced that three more plants are being established in the munitions programme at a cost of £4,375,000. They comprise a £2,000,000 chemical plant for the manufacture of ammonium-nitrate, a £1,750.000 gun plant and a £625.000 rifle plant.
