BRITISH AGREEMENT (Blue. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. July 27, 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 25. Britain, Spain and Portugal have made joint agreement by which Spain will receive wheat for her own use and also Portuguese colonial products. Payments for the latter of upwards of £600,000 are being made via tiie British-Spanish clearing arrangement.
