MINEFIELDS FOUND
SOUTH OF AFRICA TASMAN SEA AREA SUSPECT NAZI SHIP (Reed. July 22. 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. The Daily Telegraph says that previous symptoms of the activity of a Gr-man raider in the Atlantic were the discovery of minefields off Cape 4r :lhas, the' southernmost point of Af ica and in the Tasman Sea. If the same ship is responsible, her cruise resembles that of the Wolf. The Atlantic raider is possibly similar to the Altmark, which was •deTgned for preying on. commerce. Germany has five vessels ol this type, all of which have exceptionally high speed for their type.
