PRESENTATION MADE MANCHESTER AIR CADETS * (Reed. July 22', 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. Miss Joyce Phillips, who was the fiancee of the late Flying Officer “Cobber” Kain. ceremonially presented the colours dedicated to Flying Officer Kain to the Manchester Air Defence Cadet Corps. Flying Officer Kain’s mother and sister attended the ceremony. Miss Phillips wore Flying Officer Kain’s tiki charm.
