RECONSTRUCTION AIM
DEVASTATED FRANCE (Reed. July 22, 9 a.m.) VICHY, July 20. The Petain Cabinet has decided to inaugurate reconstruction by rebuilding thousands of destroyed bridges, tunnels, railways, roads and hundreds of thousands of dwellings, especially in the northern areas.
