AID TO ALLIES (Rocd. June 2J. 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON. June 22. The chairman of flic Senate Naval Committee. Senator Walsh, declared himself again.';! giving aid to the Allies. He told the Senate that he would re-sign the chairmanship of the committee rather than vole for United Slates entry into anything except a defensive war.
