RESTRICTION PLANNED (Reed. June 17. 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, June 16. The Senate passed a measure aimed at “fifth column” activities in the army and navy. A maximum of 10 years’ imprisonment is provided for advocacy ol insubordination, disloyalty and mutiny. The Senate also voted in favour of a fingerprint register of aliens.
