TROUT OVA SUPPLIES
Trout stripping operations this year were far more advanced than at the corresponding time last season, stated Mr. A. Kean, conservator of fish and game at Rotorua. This was due to more suitable weather, which had oncouraged earlier spawn mg. Ten times the number of ova hacl been taken this year than last.
