CZECHS BIDING TIME

OVERTHROW OF NAZIS RE-ESTABLISH FREEDOM (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY,- June 9 “The people of Czechoslovakia will bide their time and, when they see Germany beginning to stagger under the strain of war and when they judge the moment is opportune, they will rise as they did in the last war and strangle their temporary masters and once more erect a free country in the centre of Europe,” said the Minister of Information, Mr. A. Duff Cooper, in a broadcast to the Czech people. The Allies, he said, had as their supporters not only all those nations that were still free, but all those peoples who loved freedom, of whom there were many millions in Czechoslovakia, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Belgium, and, indeed, in Germany itself.
