LICENSING COMMITTEE NO POLICE OBJECTIONS There were no police objections to any of the applications for new licenses for old houses, transfers and renewals, or for the renewal of wholesale licenses at the annual meeting of the Gisborne Licensing Committee to-day, but'ih a few cases adjournments were granted until September so that requests for the installation of certain improvements could be complied with.
