, MONDAY’S TOURNAMENT ! 15 TEAMS NOMINATED Fifteen teams were nominated at • the Poverty Bay Hockey Association's management committee meeting last night for the King’s Birthday tournament. Seven of the teams were in the women’s section and eight in the men’s grade. A sub-committee comprising Messrs. H. Le Bas, H. Swan and G. Graham was appointed to make the necessary arrangements. It was agreed to appoint two selectors for each of the men and women's representative teams, and the following were chosen. —Women, Messrs. K. Nicol and H. K. Swan; men. Messrs. J. Turbitt and H. Le Bas. , Mr. L. Cooper offered to donate medals for the members of the champion teams in the association’s competitions this season, and it was decided to send him a letter of thanks.
