TRANSFER IF POSSIBLE AMERICA AND CANADA (Reed. May 27, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 25. The British Ambassador, Lord Lothian, conferred with the Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull. It is understood that he Inquired as 'o the possibilities of transporting large numbers of Belgian, French and British refugees to Canada or the United States until they are able to return home.
