AIDING EVASION

WOMAN OF DUBLIN PARACHUTE CASE (Reed. May 27, 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 26. A Dublin woman whose husband s believed to be in Germany was charged yesterday under the emergency powers before a special military court in connection with a parachute case on Friday. In asking that the accused should be remanded in custody the prosecutor alleged that in addition to a parachute and other military matter the police discovered certain articles of men’s clothing.

The evidence would show that these were recently purchased by the accused who was actively assisting in a conspiracy to prevent the ap prehension of a person who had committed a most serious offence affecting the safety of the State.
