VISIT TO AUSTRALIA

PLANS OF MR. NASH (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Finance and Customs, the Hon. W. Nash, will leave New Zealand early next week for Australia to discuss with the Commonwealth authorities several important questions of mutual interest to the two countries. Mr. Nash said last evening that one of the matters for discussion was that of supplies from Australia and New Zealand to the United Kingdom, so that the Dominion and the Commonwealth could co-operate with each other in this connection. Defence questions and trade would also be discussed.
