TABLE TENNIS

• (Herald Correspondent.) The Kopuawhara table tennis season was opened on Tuesday evening, when in the presence of a large attendance, including visitors from other camps, Mr. E. W. McEnnis, patron of the club, declared the season open. Mrs. McEnnis was called on to serve the opening ball. An open tournament received an entry of 24 men and 11 ladies. The winners of the men’s tournament was Riki Smith, and of the women Miss Betty Steward.
