ORMOND NEWS

SCOTTISH DANCE GISBORNE SOCIETY ' (Herald Correspondent.) The members of the Gisborne Scottish and Caledonian Society held a successful dance in the Ormond Hall on Monday night, there being a large attendance. The music was supplied by Mrs. Aitken’s orchestra, and Messrs. Freebairn and Aitken were the M.C.s. The supper arrangements were in the capable hands of Mrs. Freebairn Selections on the bagpipes were played by Pipers McDonald. Mackintosh, Davidson and Miller, while Miss Betty Davidson gave an exhibition of national dancing. Among those present were Mrs. Freebairn, wearing a striped taffeta frock?
