BANKRUPTCY BREACHES TERMS UP TO TWO YEARS (Per Pi'ess Association.) INVERCARGILL, this day. Four brothers in a farming partnership at Riversdale appeared in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Kennedy to-day for sentence for breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. , Michael Cody was sentenced to two years’ hard labour on one charge and 18 months’ gaol on the other, the terms to be concurx-ent. Luke Cody, on three charges, received 18 months’ imprisonment with hard labour and on the remaining two charges two months' gaol each with hard labour, the terms to be concurrent. Lawrence Cody, on three charges, was sentenced 'a two years’ hard labour on the first and second and 18 months’ on the third charge with hard labour. John Cody, on four charges, was sentenced to two years on the first charge, 6 months’ on the second and third charges and 18 months’ on the fourth charge.
