Further Remand for Waitress
A waitress, Mavis Donnelly, aged 20 (Mr. T. Alston Coleman), appeared before Mr. E. L. Walton. S.M., in the Police Court this morning on remand on a charge of having been deemed a rogue and vagabond on April 30 because of having insufficient lawful means of support and having been previously convicted as an idle and disorderly person. She also appeared for sentence on the original charge of having been found idle and disorderly. On the application of DetectiveSergeant R. H. Waterson, a remand until next Tuesday was granted.
