ALLIED OFFICERS TROOPS CROSS BORDER (Reed. May 11. 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 10. Allied liaison officers arrived m Brussels at noon. ‘ The inhabitants cheered when they sighted the Allied flags. A British war correspondent at a French-Belgian frontier post, describing the arrival of the British Army, says that tanks and armoured cars, motor transports, and motor eyelp troops are sweeping into Belgian in an unending cavalcade. The Australian Associated press learns that British troops have taken* over the British Embassy in Brussels.. British troops have been seen in the streets.
