The property consists of an area of 1 rood 14 perches, with a four-storey brick building, having a narrow, frontage to Lambton quay and a more extensive frontage to Wellington terrace, with large factory and office building over the lowest tunnel of the Kelburn-Karori Tramway Company’s line. The name of the purchaser has not yet been divulged.
