SUPREME SOVIET
DELEGATES ASSEMBLE MOLOTOV TO SPEAK PRESS WARNS ALLIES “BANKRUPT POLICY’’ (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. March 30, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, March 29. Delegates have arrived from all over Russia and also from Russian occupied Poland for to-day’s opening meeting of the Supreme Soviet, at which' M. Molotov, the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, is expected to speak.
The agenda includes tne ratification of the Finnish peace treaty.
The Moscow radio states that reports of the session will be given special broadcasts, The evening newspaper, Moskovski Bolshevik, says that it is time that the Anglo-French bloc ceased attempting to be arbiters, not only of European but also of northern European affairs. T f they do not sufficiently take note of the changed relations of the forces of Europe, so much the worse for them. “The Soviet-Finnish agreement,” it adds, “demonstrates the bankruptcy of ‘he Allied policy. The northern winds which blew away the Daladier Government are shaking the Government of Mr. Chamberlain also.”
