(5) To compensate for the loss of 10 per cent of the country’s industry, 10 per cent of her agriculture, and 17 per cent of her communications. (6) To rebuild trade and industry. (7) To stabilise the finances, partly by means of loans which Finland has a right to expect from her friends abroad. '
