PLANS FOR THE WEEK (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY, March 3. A Labour Party taotion criticising the Government’s decision to apply the new land regulations in Palestine will be debated in the House of Commons on Wednesday. On Tuesday and Thursday the civil and air estimates will be taken respectively. It is expected that education will be the principal subject raised on Tuesday.
